Autoway Ruimsig - Disgusting

My car went in for a normal service. I was called and told that my rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced - I allowed them to do it even though i complained about the labor rate.<br> So wheel bearings replaced, car serviced (not to mention Izak's poor attention to detail because he never reset my service light or stamped my service book until i asked him to - he said he couldn't find it in my cubby hole). <br> After two months the bearings started humming so i tried to contact Izak on his land line but the voice message said that Autoway Ruimsig is closed until 5 Jan 2015. I started work before this so i had to get my car fixed at an Opel dealership.<br> <br> Now Izak refuses to refund me for the bearings and labor. He also mentioned that he would not have paid for a flat bed truck should my bearings had failed - what a nice honorable guy?<br> Izak also stated that i verbally abused him and he asked us to 'vacate' his property - this is a blatant lie - seems to be the normal kind of behavior.<br> <br> Both Autoway Ruimsig and the Franchise Owner Mr Jardim, refuse to deal with me until i spend more time and money to prove them wrong.<br> <br> This went to RMI and will now go to the Motor Industry Ombudsman
