Pathetic Service

Good Day My name is Elizabeth my ID is ********** 309081 I'm shocked about the Service I'm getting from Auto watch ive been paying for my two cars tracking device but what am I paying for? In May my battery was ******, how was it ******? if you have a tracker? how will I know now if someone is fiddling with my battery or car it should report on my phone, or their system. The question is why wasn't I called or be advised about my battery . I called their office the gentleman that was assisting me, asked me for my ID and I gave it to him then I asked him to check how many cars does my ID shows, then he said two I told him what happened to my cars battery I was expecting somebody to call and say something. Their technician's were sent to come check my car. I showed them the battery I bought. I need to know who is going to pay for this? am I safe when I'm driving at night? I'm not sure (.WHAT IF I WAS KIDNAPPED) OR SOMEBODY TOOK MY CAR? While I was driving! these are the questions I ask my self , Its almost three months now ,when I called the last time i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Lwando who told me that he was escalating this matter to somebody who was meant to call me, but to my suprise when joined Auto Watch I was not told that this contract was for five years what I was told is that the contract was for three years. When I listen to my recorded calls with Lwando I picked up that he told me about a five years contract that I was not told about when I first joined Auto Watch (I know calls are recorded ,they can pull out the call I made when I first joined Auto Watch) My other email is ********** Regards Bongi Elizabeth (Mbatha) Rubushe
