Damaging of my vehicle and changing pricing

<p>On Thursday 15 June 2017 @ 12:30 my husband took my Ford Figo in to Fitment Centre Rustenburg Car ALarms and Sound at the new Midas Centre to have my tracking system de-installed for R225.00. When my husband went to pay, they suddenly wanted to charge him R250.00. When my husband showed them the sms we received with the pricing, the lady was very rude towards my husband. We then went to the dealer where I was traiding in my Ford Figo. When doing inspection, we noticed that the Fitment Centre actually BROKE my cubbyhole and didn't even have the decency to inform us about it. We had to pay R300 out of OUR pocket to replace the clip. The arrogance and pathetic customer service at this fitment centre is dragging PFK Autowatch name through the mud!! Now I have to take my NEW car to this Fitment Centre to get the tracking system re-installed at R350.00 and HOPE that they dont damage my car again!! Very unhappy about this and honestly, I dont want to risk taking my new car to a place where the employees have absolutly no respect for a PAYING customers vehicle!!</p>
