AUTO WATCH TRACKING ****

I have 4 vehicles with Autowatch Tracking. One vehicle has not been reporting since July 2014 and the other 2 since Dec 2014. The 4th one is intermittent and does not report accurately. My username is HOO003.<br> <br> My numerous calls and emails to them was not heeded. I requested a formal monthly Invoice for business purposes as well. This has never happened. They do not fail to deduct my monthly subscriptions. I want a cancellation and a refund for all the vehicles from July 2014 and Dec 2014 respectively. I am a very patient man and my patience has run out.<br> <br> Hopefully, someone takes this matter seriously as Naem and Gladys dont seem to care or follow up. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Arvin Hooseria
