Account Query

I belong to Auto watch and sold my car and got a new car they installed a new tracker but when i phone to check up on my account i was notify by Peggy that they wont give me any service because my account was in areas i ask to get a statement and the amount out standing. Peggy only send me an amount that i need to pay with out a statment. i have paid 3 months and ask them to send me a updated statement where by Peggy confirmed that i don't have anything outstanding and they need to pay me back. When i ask how is that possible i need to see a full statement to see whats happening they just keep on ignoring me<br> <br> I have send a mail where by she as John to contact me and sort out my account up to now i have not yet receive any feedback and also did not receive a updated statement.<br> <br> I still sit with the tracker but do not have any service.<br> <br> They can take your money with no problems but if you need them to sort out there side you don;t here from them.<br> <br> I am very disapointed and will not recommend them to any one
