Owner calls me to swear at me for complaining

I took the route of not going on Hellopeter and to complain directly to the company for them to work on their standards of their service and their car wash quality. My car was extremely dirty inside, even after they had washed my car. I could of complained, but did I want to wait another 45min for them to rewash my car.... not on a public holiday.....<br> <br> The owner called me and swore at me for complaining, never in my life have I spoken to someone who treats their customers like this. Myself, boyfriend, my friends and family will stop going here, and I will spread the word. <br> <br> Word of month is the best marking tool. <br> <br> If you read this, rather support a car wash that needs your support.
