Today I am totally fed up and getting no results.

In November 2019 I bought a Bakkie from Autovision (I worked through the Witbank Branch in regards with paper work and finance applications) and the bakkie was delivered at my house through the Branch in Centurion.

1. They delivered the bakkie with a cracked windscreen, saying a truck on the way is the cause, we need to replace the windscreen and send them the invoice for refund. (Never received the refund)

R900.00

2. Then in December 2019, we took the bakkie on Holiday to capetown, this ended up in a MESS. First of all, it took us 3 Days to actually get to capetown, 2 days of accommodation in George and a tow-truck had to come and pick up the bakkie on the highway and take us to our accommodation, where a mechanic came to collect the bakkie for repairs as the Altenator oil feed hose and altenator bracket failed. On the way to cape town we had to replace pipes 3 times and the bakkie had to be left at a mechanic in Gordons bay 3times also for these repairs.

3. Fine, we finally got back home.

Only a few weeks later we had to replace the complete DIFF/Propshaft & Bearings! +-R7000.00

4.Then on the 19th of March 2020 the motor completely seized, we had to spent about R6000.00 + for these repairs.

Multiple emails, whatsapp communications, and phone calls has been made to the Dealer, my finance Company as well as the MIOSA where the case was reported in January 2020 already, and still there is no feedback, no outcome!

AUTOVISION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OFFER NO AFTER SERVICES

BENNIE SWANEPOEL IS RUDE AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY PEOPLE SKILLS!

I NEED HELP!

In the 11 Months we had the vehicle, i think we were able to drive it for +-4 MONTHS TOTAL!

And over R20 000.00 repair expenses!

(This is over and above the fact that I still had to pay my monthly installments, whether the vehicle was standing or not)

THIS IS A BIG BIG BIG SHAME TO BENNIE SWANEPOEL AND HIS AUTOVISION TEAM!
