AUTO VISION, GEZINIA, PRETORIA

I would not advise ANYONE to purchase a vehicle from Auto Vision, Gezinia, Pretoria. They are useless to say the least. We purchased a vehicle from them in March 2020. Whilst the application was in progress, they jumped around to assist but as soon as they got their money, it's been an absolute nightmare. There were issues with the vehicle, which we pointed out within a few days of collecting the vehicle, one of which, the license was soon to expire. We had been charged R1500 for License, etc. While I understand Covid 19 happened between, they have not bothered contacted us once since March. We have phoned, left voice messages, sent emails, Whatsapp messages, etc., only to be completely ignored. On the rare occasion that one of the 3, do actually answer, the lie about everything.

At the beginning of July, we finally got hold of them, after threatening to get legal advice. They agreed to collect the vehicle, to have the repairs done AND a Roadworthy and License (expires 30 June 2020). We requested that we send a courier to collect papers, so that we could get the License ourselves, even though we had already paid for a new one. It cost R60 for a courier and all we got was a bad photo copy. Why couldn't they just email that? They then collected the vehicle on 8th July. We kept having to call, asking when the vehicle would be returned. They ignored our messages, calls, voicemails, etc., again. Eventually, the vehicle was returned on 14th, after more messages. There was NO new License Disk. We have been asking for the License Disc ever since and we're told different stories all the time. Today is 22 July and we are now driving an unlicensed vehicle. Their latest story is that they ate closed due to Covid 19.

These people claim to be Christians but lie like the devil himself. We are at our wits end. We have been more than patient with them but there is a limit to that too.

Please DO NOT buy a vehicle from this company, you will regret it.
