audi rs4

in feb 2014 I bought a black audi rs4.vissie arranged to bring the car to Pretoria were will collect it.on collection I phoned vissie,informing him that I saw a few dents.he told me that I must get quotations for the repairs.and I must drive the car,and if there is any faults,report it and they will repair it.so I got 3 quotations for the repair.i also informed him my spare key isn't working,and I hear a strange clap sound on the left side.i mailed my complaints.on inspection,a certified audi technician informed me that the thread is damaged were the suspension bolts are,and as the suspension is moving and shifting.i got a report and quotation to repair.we agreed on a 4k setlement amound for the body repair.whitch they agreed on,but only paid 3k on 12des 2014.i took pictures and send it to vissie.the bolt isn't even factory fitted.aparantly they had a dekra aa roadworthy test.i don't believe that.no way they would have passed the car like that.its now 24 feb 2015.still vissie avoids me.and up to date,i haven't even received my copy of the purchace agreemend.dont know what to do any more.never buy anything from them.
