Absolutely appalling treatment of customers. We arrived with a credit card that only displayed intials and surname, not full name. We were told we had 2 options. Cancel the booking and lose the paid amount or take the extra insurance at £323.50. Sorry what??? We had already paid for insurance with the rental and all of a sudden the credit card with just the initials is good enough to pay £323.50! How on earth does that make an inch of sense!!!!!!!
