Refusing to fix the front of my Van secure lid.

Bad Service. Brought in my Van for the securelid end caps to be fixed. When i left I realised that the back of my my secure lid clamps are loose. I asked them to fix it because they were fine when I brought the van they they say its not their fault.

Manager gave me an attitude and horrible service.
