Un-professional and In experience company :Automotive Randpark Ridge

3 week ago I went to Autotyre Randpark Ridge to replace the front shock and shock mount , The experience was extremely bad. I arrived around 14:30 to replace only shocks and shock mount. I ended up leaving the workshop at 18:30 . They damaged my shocks, the mechanic did not check that the shocks size is incorrect, he force the shock by hummering and ultimately damaging the shocks. Inexperienced staff and un professional. Very disappointed and I am left with shocks that I can’t return for refund because they are damaged 😫😭. It's been tree weeks now and the managers and owner are communicating with me.
