Pathetic

Absolute incompetence. Their tax logbook and software has to their own admission been problematic and always "offline". When their system can't correctly give me an accurate report - they have the cheek to tell me this is MY fault for not notifying them of the incorrect functioning! and is because my account automatically went over to month- to - month after the contract expired! Happy to take my money every month though. Absolute pathetic management and no customer centric focus at all. Stay away from these people, and this company. Do yourselves a favour!
