Autoteam shortcut takers and lousy service.

Be warned when dealing with Autoteam Boksburg (Northrand Road) I bought a GTI Golf the end off March 2018. They told me that they've send the car to AA for a check. Can't remember how many checks AA does to ensure that your vehicle is safe and roadworthy (which they charge you for on your contract). Up to date (end July 2018) Autoteam still can't give me a copy of this report I've requested numerous times verbal and emails.... They had to repair a few things before picking up the car. 1. Replace a fuse box cover - done 2. Repair the cable cover on drivers side - stuck it together with presstick 3. Fix clamp that holds the headlamp globe in place - stuck it together with Q-bond after we've asked them not to glue it because it will create a new problem in future to replace the globe (which we had to do in July)... 4. Spare keys - done When I had to go and sign and pick up the car, unorganized. Our sales person was nowhere to be found after confirming date and time. Had to hang around till eventually I lost my temper to have someone helping us. I can go on and on but I think this wraps it up in a nutshell.
