Very disappointed in Autosure

Very disappointed in Autosure.

I paid for warranty to protect me but when my BMW broke down they only approved R3166 out of R33252.10 quote. My contract covers Turbo Assembly and Stripping,they both quoted but Autosure declines and say i must pay for stripping as well. How am i supposed to pay the rest? The car is still faulty. No help,no proper explanation,they dragging the claim as its about to expire.I FEEL ****MED. Please FIX this
