Horrible Service

This complaint comes with great disappointment from the service I received from [URL Removed] my car insurance company. To my misfortune a drunk man walking along a pavement on the road I was driving on falls so hard into the road hitting my car and damaging it. Now under normal circumstances one would get the relevant info required for insurance purpose but to my luck when the police arrived the drunk man ran away and we could catch him as he ran into a veld in the dark. NOW I put in a claim with Autosure stating exactly what happened and being so honest on statement and on claim I get NO positive feedback from the insurance company regarding my claim to have my car repaired. <br> I get told that ''I am responsible for the repairs!'' I mean my wife and I have spent over R8500 and we get NOTHING in return?!?! This service is so, so UNFAIR!<br> Why do we even pay for insurance when we going to be panelised for not have the guys details? Why should we be panelised for not having previous insurance?? And the amounts are not even justifiable of R5000.00 each?? This doesn't even cover the cost of repairs!!! <br> WHAT a waste of money that we work so dam hard for and gets wasted!!! SHAME on YOU!
