Questionable online supplier

I bought two 650mm Bosch wiper blades online from autosupply.co.za; one 340mm blade arrived with the invoice for the correct parts I ordered. I sent an email to *** pointing out the error and asking for the incorrect part to be collected and replaced with the parts I ordered, but with no response, it is now three weeks later, and I bought the parts from another supplier.
