COVID 19 SUPPLIES

I placed an order on the 17th April and paid in full, including a very high courier fee, and cannot get any reply from them,other than they sent their order and estimated delivery times (of their orders placed) but my product that I paid for is not on the list, and as there is no communication, they do not anser calls or e-mails. Just be cautious when dealing with this supplier.
