Rims and center caps

I called Auto styling for only 1 center cap that was lost on my 19' OZ rims and the said I must use the WhatsApp number to send a photo. I sent the photo and the reply was they don't have stock but only extras for clients! Then I simply asked them where can I get and his reply was I must call the people where I bought it from. I was under the impression it came from them as I bought it from someone I knew and that's what I was told. So bottom line is they don't want to help any clients that has not bought from them, that's just bad customer service.
