Auto styling bad service

I'm not happy with the service after been a customer for many years of autostyling, I took my car for a bonnet gaurd and the fitment, it took them 90min to fit it that almost made me late for another meeting I had to ruched to, a few days later only when I washed the car I noticed the scratch under the gaurd near the bracket, I contacted them regarding the scratch I only wanted a apolagy, they keep on telling me they did not scratch the bonnet I took the car to 2 reputable body shops for their opinion both said it was caused by the *****driver slipping, Wednesday before Easter I send Mahesh the owner a sms to request the fitters name and contact details that I was requested to do by smallclaims Court its now Saturday still no reply, on inspection at the body shop I was also that shown 1 of the brackets was not even fitted, do you call this service, I don't think so they are just there for the customers money all photos are available.
