Poor service and faulty sound system installation – no support after payment

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received after installing a full sound system at this auto styling business. I paid a total of R11,000, which included installation of: 4 door speakers Amplifier Tweeters Subwoofer Wiring and labour The brand installed was XTC. Issue experienced: After just one month: One tweeter stopped working completely The other tweeter started producing a distorted/funny noise I returned to report the issue, but instead of checking or diagnosing the problem, I was told by one of the staff members (a short white gentleman) to buy additional 6x9 speakers for R1,700. No sound test or proper inspection was done. I left without assistance. A week later: Both tweeters had noticeable distortion. The subwoofer started switching on and off, especially when driving or going over speed humps Eventually, the subwoofer stopped working completely I went back again for assistance. This time, the owner(Indian gentleman ) responded with attitude and showed no empathy for my situation. Despite explaining that I had travelled from Mthatha, I was told to come back another day because they had other cars in the queue. My concern was not treated with urgency or professionalism. Concern: It feels like once payment was made, there was no interest in after-sales support or honoring workmanship quality. The system failed within a very short period, and no proper effort has been made to resolve the issue. Additional concern: Billing transparency I am also concerned about their billing process. They issue manual invoices and do not appear to use an integrated card payment system. This makes it difficult to verify pricing consistency and transparency, leaving customers uncertain whether they are being charged fairly
