Terrible online service at Autostyle

Their online service is terrible. Was told the item l paid for was not there and will send an alternative. Looking at the reviews here , it looks it's always the case that they advertise things they don't have .

On online orders , no one answers whatsaapp message neither reply emails .

Terrible terrible service . Hopefully l will get what l paid for or the alternative because nobody is responding to any communication with them
