Online Store Nightmare

Absolutely horrible experience from a local store. Order and paid goods on the 17th of March while stated on each good they had in stock. A few days later a got a email they don't have stock on 3 of the items ordered (even tho it showed they have stock). Told me to wait for stock to come in, and it never did. Told me they would give alternative option or refund. Note this was almost a 9 day process for 'pick up' even tho the site stated only 3-5 business days. No going to day 10 and i have gotten no feedback on alternative stock i can get from what i requested. Funny part is that the branch i ordered to get 'pick up' from has the stock i need but im not allowed to get that stock. I would have to get refunded and then buy the stock in store again. Non of the staffs i spoke to from online store and in branch store helps me or assist me. Even get ignored on whatsapp and emails that state 24 hours feedback still have no feedback on 3 days later. This is very pathetic.
