Worst online experience ever!!

Wished I came to read the reviews first. You place your order, pay and then absolute silence from them in all forms of contact. Over a week now with no update or any form of communication on my order, despite me trying to contact them on all forms of contact each and every day. Always thought is was a reputable business, but it is starting to feel to me like a **** or that they have closed down and notified nobody.
