Very Disppointed customer with Autostyle

I would like to share the poor service with autostyle umhlanga Durban. I went into the store to purchase a set of 15 inch mag wheels. The consultant said there was no stock of it in the Durban branch and he will phone the gauteng branch. There was 2 sets in stock. He orderd it and I had to pay for the Mags at the store and he gave me a invoice for the payment. This was on a Saturday. He told me that truck should come in the following week by Wednesday. I heard nothing I phoned on Thursday at the store they told me the truck never arrive yet. On Saturday one week later I went to the store only to be told that they sold the set of Mags at the gauteng branch. Pathetic service and why I am upset is because I paid for it so lawfully its mine. They refunded my money back into my credit account but up to now its a Wednesday the money does not reflect back into my account
