Totally unreliable in all regards don’t use them

This is one of the most unreliable companies I have come across. I called them ( spending hours trying to get hold of them) to make dead sure that they had a part I was in urgent need of. They told me they most definitely have stock of what I was looking for and that they even checked. So I placed the order and made payment. The next day I emailed them to find out when my product will arrive and they only answers me 2 days later, only to tell me that they don’t have stock. No sorry no nothing just a plain email saying we don’t have stock. So they had to give me a refund, I used the last cash in my account to get the part from them and a refund took 5 days. They mess you around and they are not worth buying parts from. Even thier Watsapp group is totally useless. They say for any questions please message the WhatsApp group you do and they tell you sorry we can not answer. So do not use this company they are totally useless and can not deliver as they say they can and when there is an issue they take for ever to sort it out.
