terrible service

<p>I purchased a sun and amp from autostyle a few months back. I was told that the amp has a 6 month guarantee and I should keep proof of payment. When I called in due to my amp not working any longer the guy I spoke to informed me that it will fall away as long as the sound was not fit by an installer. I was never told this when I purchased the items and I also told this to the person I spoke to and he said 'no that is normal'. So how does a consumer suppose to know this? I am not happy with this. I was not informed of this and this is NOT NORMAL! I am a paying customer and will not stand for this!</p>
