Targa Amplifier

Bought a starting Grid car sound system and the Amplifier did not last a day, took it back and they told me they are going to send it back to the supplier and they will call me back as soon as its back, what gets to me is the way the manager handled everything, telling me that I only bought a Starting Grid Sound System...Does that justify the fact that it did not even last a day? You could have seen him, did not care at all....This happened about two weeks ago and I still don't have the Amplifier Back....Talk about Customer service at that place...See me buying anything from that place again, and I can tell I am not the only one getting that kind of treatment.
