Stay away... don't buy online
If possible I would rate it 0...this company is a *****....I placed an order...the item was advertised as in-stock...3 days after placing an order and paying for courier I was told the product is out of stock permanently...I asked for replacement they said I must add more money...I asked for a refund...they said because of Bank charges my refund will be R100 out of R800 I paid... clearly these guys are de*****ing us our hard earned money....they are ******...why pay me back R100 when I paid R600 for the product and R200 for the courier....?

31 Mar 2022, 17:24Update regarding my problem....my problem was sorted... there was a miscommunication.... regarding the out of stock twitter's they replaced them with another set of twitter's which are similar in specs... just different names...they refunded me R100...the twitter's they game me are less with R50 so they refunded R50 Rands extra.....so the problem was coursed by their email system wich is labelled as *****...all the messages they sent me and their replies to my emails went into ***** box...I'm happy With the service...they must update their mailing system...for that I rate them 8/10...🥳🥳🥳
