Shocking service from Autostyle!

I had the most shocking service from Autostyle recently. I ordered something online, paid for an overnight courier & four days later it gets delivered to my work address on the weekend. Purely by chance, my director was passing by and signed for the item. On questioning this situation I was told I shouldn't expect an overnight delivery and then accused of **********ly signing for it! Wow, and this is what they call customer service! Not what I have come to expect from Autostyle.
