Second grade tires as being sold as new tires.

I purchased a tire on the 19 December 2024, a few day later the tire was flat, didn't think anything about it, just filled air, however on the 30 January 2025 the tire was flat again, stopped to fill air and the tire was not filling, when we looked the tire had 2 cuts on the inside.

I took the tire back and was told no guarantee/warranty on tires, instead they can sell me another tire. The slip stats keep your invoice for warranty proof, no indication that tires has no warrantee or guarantee. How can a tire after 1 month have cuts on the side, didn't hit any pot hold and was not driving the car a lot as i was working from home until the 13 January 2025.

You are selling second grade tires as new tires. I want a new tire or my money back.
