POOREST OF THE POOREST SERVICE EVER

I bought a lowering kit that was advertised online for a runx. I made the purchase and paid via EFT. A day later an email was sent to me saying that the kit is not for a runx and i can either purchase coi*****s or get a refund which I opted for the latter. I then received another email saying that my refund will be processed and confirmation will be sent to me. The purchase was on 16 March, today is 22 March and I still didn't get my refund. I'm sending emails, no responses, I'm calling the supossedly "head office" where an automated bot answers and give me options to hold on and speak to an operator and to not my suprise the phone is just ringing and then goes off. People please, I am warning you and I am begging you to not prurchase anything from Autostyle online as they are not seriuos about customer service probably forgetting that we the clients pay their salaries, that is if Autostyle is even a legit business because never in my life have I came across such weak customer service. #PUTAUTOSTYLEOUTOFBUSINESS.
