Poor follow up performance

I am truly annoyed by not only the lack of time management from autostyle umhlanga but their lack of customer support, service and most importantly their non existent follow up. I purchased a gauge from this company and it worked for 3 days before becoming faulty so I took the product back and happily did a write up for the problematic product so that it would be able to go back to factory for investigation and they assured me that it would be no longer then 3 weeks and they'd make contact with me, well currently I am going on my 6 week with out any feedback and when I phoned them 2 weeks ago they said they'd look into and call me back later that same day and to no surprise there hasn't been a call from them
