Poor Customer service and neglectful

Poor customer service , stood in the store 20 and no service, all employees got pride as if they're doing us a favour, when you call in to confirm for product availability they tell yes we have it in stock and then on arrival to the store same old excuses sorry out of stock, if you can't handle the business sell up or close down, stop wasting our valuable time and trip.
