Poor customer service

Poor customer service I bought a radio from their store the radio was taken out of a display the radio was working as the radio was playing when I tried to lower the volume the volume was not reducing when I took it back they advised me to give them the fitment centre slip I managed to provide same when they need to reimburse me with a new radio they advised they can only reimburse when JVC say they cannot fix the radio I will never buy from them ever as they are not customer centric.
