Poor customer service

I purchased Grill covers for F30 Sport, they shipped F30 covers to centurion store. I showed Stephen that covers are not the one I ordered. He and the other guy I said they will check for the right ones for me, I should keep the wrong ones will exchange once they got the right ones. It was on the 24th of July 2022, till today 1st of August 2022, I heard nothing from him. On the 28th I contacted online shopping support through WhatsApp, they were unapologetic about giving me the wrong product, they said they are checking for the right one from their suppliers even today I haven't heard anything from them. When try to call them they don't pick up the call.
