Payment made but order not processed

I placed an order and processed the payment successfully but their system didnt process my order. the money left my account and autostyle is not answering phones or responding to my emails. i just need Autostyle to process my order of a mere R2310 and send me my stuff successfully like they have been all these years. I processed the payment with the WalletDoc and Im sure if they check on their statements they'll see a lingering amount of R2310 which they can not match to a order because the system did not say order submitted successfully.

please assist autostyle I know your service is quick all the time.
