Pathetic service

Purchased drop springs for golf 1 in May 2021. Only fitted the rear springs in July 2021. Threw box away but kept receipt. In.July 2022 I replaced front shocks and wanted to fit drop springs. Only to realise that Autostyle supp**** incorrect springs. Returned front spring on 04 July 2022..Autostyle stated they will send to supplier to check if they supp**** springs since i dont have box. No courtesy to say they will refund me or give another set springs instead i had to buy new set..SIX weeks later no feedback from Autostyle. I returned the front spirngs since i fitted new set springs on car. Laid complaint on website on 29 August 2022 and followed up again on 05 September to be told they returned springs to supplier. No communication from Autostyle if customer dont contact them. pathetic service
