Incorrect advertising

I purchased or attempted to purchase 4 tyres on whats said to be Autostyles online store, the transaction went through and my account was debited. I then get a call advising there is no stock, I will only get the tyres at the same price if Im willing to take 2 with a certain pattern and another 2 with a different pattern.<br> When I made the purchase on the site these where no options to specify all of this.<br> <br> I find it incredibly dishonest that this type of service is still being accepted. Im now getting a refund without being helped the advert for the specific tyres are still on their website and various other marketing portals like bid or buy etc.<br> This is not acceptable to me and suppliers like this must be dealt with by the consumer counsel.<br> <br> Please assist
