False Pretense

I saw an adverti*****t that they are selling a Sound Combo which i liked, i phoned in to inquire about it, the sales person told me there is Guarantee on their stuff. I went on to order the stuff online and they indeed delivered, I then got the stuff installed, but two weeks later the Sub-woofer just stopped playing. I communicated with the store again, with regards to my sub, the person told me there is no guarantee. I am very disappointed in Autostyle Motorsport, they sold the stuff to me under false pretense!!!!!
