False advertising on web site

False advertising. 14/12/2021 the website shows that there is stock on items. I ordered on line, 8 items all showing in stock, PAID 2 days later I got a email to say that they have no stock of any of the items I ordered

Now I must beg for my money back 29/12/2021 no refund to date.
