False Advertising

I had attempted to purchase 2 items from Autostyle in the space of 2 weeks. The first item was purchased on BOB Shop, and Autostyle was the seller. The website had indicated that there was 1 in stock. Upon purchase of the item, I was advised that there was no stock. I had expressed my disappointment, seeing that the website clearly stated that there was 1 in stock, to which I was advised that the system shows 1 in stock, but they do not have it physically in the warehouse. I had then purchased another item directly from Autostyle's website. Once again, the item was out of stock. I simply cannot understand how items can be listed for sale, when there is no stock. Seeing that I have now experienced this on 2 occasions, for 2 separate items, I will definitely not be purchasing any items from this place again. I have requested refunds for both items today (27/01/2025), and will update this review when I receive my refunds.
