E-commerce and communication s****s need reviewing and ups****ing

Their online system is a joke.

After looking searching for Tires online I stumble across their advert for 15 inch tires.

I called the Umhlanga Branch ,I was told they have stock in Johannesburg I can purchase them online and get it delivered to the Umhlanga branch for collection which I did.

2 days after my Order was processed I received an email for Sufyaan saying there is a “Glitch” on the website and I need to pay in more as it’s the incorrect price.

I requested a refund to which I received a “Noted” response with a Screen shot of the online system reversal not a credit card transaction reversal.

To date I have not received any further responses to my queries nor have I received my refund to source tires elsewhere.
