BAD/WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

To Whom It May Concern

I am extremely not happy with the product delivered to me because this is not what I have ordered. I have ordered Toyota Fortuner 2*** Rubber Floormats (6pc set) and not the ones delivered to me that do not have Fortuner branding on them (Order #573735). I therefore request that this product be taken back and the correct ones be delivered otherwise I must be refunded my money. I have called The Courier Guy and they have advised that Autostyle is the one that loaded the incorrect product. I would like to assume that this was just an oversight on your part and not that this is how you treat your clients.

Failing which I am going to go on Hello Peter and other social media to warn unsuspecting clients not to purchase your products online.
