BAD QUALITY & HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

I bought back lights for my from the mayfair store in july, as time went by i realised there were gaps and cracks in them which as a result water was going through into the lights creating a misty look, i then wrote a email to them explaining the problem and i got a reply saying i must take them back to the shop. when i arrived there i dealt with a guy who introduced himself as James, 1st he said there's nothing they could do since the guy who made the sale wasn't at the shop on the day and that i quickly dismissed because i wasn't buying from a specific guy i was buying from the shop, he then spoke to his manager who then told him to change the lights for me, 2 minute later he came back and told me they are out of stock so theres nothing he can do, i then requested him to check with their durban branch of which he did & told me they do have stock so i must just make an order online meaning i must buy a new set basically. i find that unacceptable.
