Awesome Service

<p>I ordered a steering hub from Autostyle online. The next day I called to find out when it will be delivered. I was informed that they had no stock of the item I had order, but the sales person said will find out when they will be receiving stock and call me back. </p> <p>On hear that they had no stock, I already started panicking as I really needed this product and no one is Cape Town had stock.</p> <p>I was called backed by the sales person and he informed that they will not be getting stock of this item.</p> <p>When I heard that, my heart dropped, as I was expecting him to tell me that he was going refund me and then I will be back to the same place I started. </p> <p>To my surprise, he said that they have a more expensive one that they will offer me at the same price and they can get it to me the next day.</p> <p>I would like to thanks for awesome service. The sales person did not just say "here is your money back" but offered me a solution to solve to issue. </p> <p>Well done, guys and keep up the great service. </p>
