Autostyle, you have lost a client

Terrible experience on 3 occasions in the space of a year, will never purchase anything from you again! 1. Purchased something online, you call to tell me you dont have it in stock(after the website shows that you do). 2. Purchased 2 tyres, your guys fit them and then 2 days in a row I wake up to a flat tyre, drive all the way back and they cant tell me if the rim was cracked before or if they cracked it when removing the old tyres. 3. Purchase two items online, before doing so I call the store to find out if they have stock, I'm informed that you have four and I just need two, I place the order and payment goes through immediately, four days later I get a call informing me that there is only one item left, I say ok I'll take it and take my refund on the other, now a week later it's still not ready for collection! Absolutely poor!
