Autostyle never again!!!!

On Black friday I ordered online two sets of Led globes they they had on special and jdm bonnet *****s. I checked my order later on in the day and everything was in stock,before I left work I checked again and noticed the one set of globes were out of stock so I left till the weekend. I woke up Saturday morning and checked everything was in stock and I expected to be told to come collect seeing as how I paid already. Morning came and went around 12pm I checked and the same globes were once again out of stock and my oder was still being processed,i tried calling twice with no answer I left and decided I would pop into the store Sunday. Once running a few errands I decided to call to make sure I could collect I was then told that it was still out of stock and that over the counter customer's were prioritized. I can understand this if I had not payed but Autostyle had been sitting with my money for three days already. I logged a complaint on the website and the owner Mohamed called be back promptly to find out wat the issue was, I explained it to him and he promised he would get the manager to call me back on Monday to sort me out. I get a call on Monday just to be told that they have no stock and they were trying to source it for me if I could give them till 12 the next day they will either have the part or refund me. Tuesday comes and 12 o'clock passes no calls later that day I get a call to findout if I got their mail now I get told they out of stock of two items now instead of only the one. How was this possible but it happened. So I arranged to have the one glove to be collected from the jhb branch and also decided to call them to findout if they had stock of the other globes.... Yes they did they received a delivery the day before and I was not allocated one. GREAT customer service Autostyle......I'm very disappointed in the level of service I received from the online department and Mr Mayat needs to look into what his online department is doing. I see from a few hellopeter reviews I'm not alone feeling like this. I will never buy from Autostyle again and will be advising all my fellow car fanatics to stay away from Autostyle I know this will only be a drop in the ocean but word of mouth is a dangerous weapon.
