Autostyle Motosport online ****?

I made an online purchase on the 4th Jan. Received an email saying they don't have the stock. They then took the product off their website. It's impossible to get through on their phone lines, Their whatsapp people just say someone will call you. Nobody has bothered to do my refund even after i requested it via email several times. They sent me an email 3 days ago saying they refunded me, but there's still no money in my account. Don't trust these people. I am afraid they might have run away with my money. - i've clearly been ****med
