Autostyle Motorsport false advertising Forge and supplying Unknown brands

False advertising on their website, I purchased online a Forge blow off valve. In the advertised picture, it was branded Forge with the title Florge blow off valve but when I went to the Store to pick up this item, it was some unknown brand that was given to me. On my confirmation of my purchase is states Forge. When I refused to accept the item at the Gateway Store, they said they can't do the refund in Store, it has to go to their online purchase department. Before I purchased this item, I went to their Gateway Store and I was offered this unknown brand but I didn't take it because the site had Forge advertised for the same price. When I contacted the Johannesburg branch I was told that if I did an online purchase I will receive Forge as stated in the advert. This companies refund policies and procedures are inefficient and they can so easily take our money and supply us with wrong items but when it's time to refund us our money back they can't and the process is so time consuming and inefficient.
